Project Name: Chivers Hill Shopping Centre Upgrade

Description of Project
This project involved the overall footpath rehabilitation of the shopping village at Chivers Hill, so as to join the uniform Georges River Council standard of the classic monochromatic paved surfaces. This project involved the following:
- Construction of paved footpath
- Construction of concrete pram ramp
- Construction of kerb & gutter
- Construction of concrete steps
- Angle car parking including Asphalt roadway restoration and Line Marking
- Installation of a park bench, bin enclosure, steel bollards, bicycle rack & handrails.
Special Features
Complex Traffic Management – This involves redirecting pedestrians to new bus stop locations, stop and slow traffic control for roadworks.
Different type of finishing – Various size of traffic islands, concrete reinforcement, and Pavers
Complex Project Management – intense liaising with local community and residents, the project was staged to ensure minimal disruption to local businesses & residents.
