City of Canada Bay engaged KK Civil Engineering to close Jellicoe Street at the intersection of Majors Bay Road and to construct a new Public Space. Scope of Works includes:
- Installation and supply Lighting Systems
- Installation of Citygreen Stratavault Tree Pit System
- Supply and Installation of Outdoor Seating Area and provision of custom Water Fountain
- Concrete Works and Asphalt Works
- Soft landscaping and Garden Bed and Tree Planting
- Laying of pavers

- New Features such as WiFi Enabled Street Furniture and Decorated Water Fountains come together for a place of leisure
- Intricate project management and coordination with the local council allowed for the construction of the new Plaza around and throughout the town centre area.
